Unable to log into the Ozlo Sleepbuds appUpdated 11 hours ago

You do not need to create an account or log in to use the core features of the Ozlo Sleepbuds App. Most app functionality, including setting up and using your Sleepbuds, is available without signing in.

However, if you would like to use Sleep Patterns and other account-based features, you will need to log in to your Ozlo account.

If you're having trouble logging in, try the following:

  1. Ensure you are connected to a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data network. A weak or intermittent connection might prevent a successful login.
  2. Ensure that you have created your Ozlo account. You can either sign up for an account using your email or sign in using your existing Google account or Apple ID.
    • If you choose to create an account using your email, your username will be your email address, and you will be asked to create your password, which should comprise at least 1 capital letter, 1 number, and 1 special character.
    • If you choose to sign in using your Google account or Apple ID, you'll be redirected to the respective account login page, and you just need to log in using your existing account details.
  3. Double-check that you're entering the correct username, email, and password. Pay attention to case sensitivity and ensure there are no extra spaces or typos.
  4. If you're unsure of your password, use the "Forgot Password" option on the login screen to reset it. (For logins using email only).
  5. If you're logging in using your Google or Apple ID and you're unsure of your password, you may need to reach out to their customer support for assistance in resetting your password.
  6. Check if an update is available for the Ozlo Sleepbuds App. Sometimes, bugs or glitches are fixed in newer versions of the app. Visit the Google Play Store or Apple App Store to check if an update is needed.
  7. If you're still unable to log in after resetting your password and updating the Ozlo Sleepbuds App, try uninstalling and reinstalling it and check if you'll be able to log in afterward.

If these steps didn't help, please reach out to us at [email protected], and we'll be happy to troubleshoot with you.
