If you're listening to streamed audio, such as music, podcasts, or videos, you can adjust the volume using your phone's volume controls.

If you're listening to Ozlo's built-in masking sounds, the volume must be adjusted within the Ozlo Sleepbuds app. To do this, open the app and navigate to the Sleepbuds page, where you'll find the controls for adjusting your masking sound volume.
