Smart Case doesn't chargeUpdated 10 hours ago
If your Smart Case doesn't charge, please try the following steps.
Make sure the case is plugged in securely to a power supply.
Note: Avoid using quick chargers.Try the same USB cable plugged into a different USB power supply to rule out a faulty charger.
Use a different USB cable using the same power supply to rule out faulty cable.
Connect to a different (AC) main power source (Wall Outlet).
Check the Smart Case’s battery light- It should either pulse amber while charging or display a solid green light once fully charged.
If the Sleepbuds or the Smart Case have been exposed to high or low temperatures, let the Sleepbuds return to room temperature.
While the Smart Case is connected to power, initiate a reboot by pressing and holding the case button for 10 seconds. A series of blue flashes followed by a steady white light will signal that the process is finished.
