Sleepbuds won't connect to the Smart CaseUpdated 10 hours ago

In some cases, the Ozlo Sleepbuds might lose their connection to the Smart Case. To check if they have, open your case while the Sleepbuds are docked and check the Smart Case LED.

  • If it is flashing white for more than 1 minute, try removing the Sleepbuds from the case and placing them back inside. Attempt this action a few times.
  • If the above action doesn't cause the Sleepbuds to quickly connect, this is likely because the Smart Case needs a reboot. You can reboot your Smart Case by simply holding down the case’s button for 10 seconds. The case’s light will blink blue a few times and then switch to white to indicate that the reboot is complete.
  • If the Sleepbuds still don’t connect, try leaving them in the case with the lid open for a few minutes. The system will attempt to debug itself and will often recover.

Important: If the Ozlo Sleepbuds lose connection during a firmware update, do not perform these debugging steps unless directly prompted to do so by a Support agent. Multiple disconnections are an intended part of the update process.

If these steps didn't help, please reach out to us at [email protected], and we'll be happy to troubleshoot with you.
