Sleepbuds won't connect to the Ozlo Sleepbuds AppUpdated 11 hours ago
If the Sleepbuds are connected to the Smart Case but are not connected to the Ozlo Sleepbuds App, try following these steps.
Check to see if the Smart Case is charged. If the case’s light doesn’t turn on, or is amber, the battery level is low, and you may need to put it on charge.
Check to see if both the Sleepbuds’ lights indicate they are connected to the case. If they haven’t, close the case and reopen it. If they have, force-quit the app and re-open it.
Tap on the Sleepbuds when they show up on the Ozlo Sleepbuds App.
Reboot your Smart Case by simply holding down the case button for 10 seconds. The case’s light will blink blue a few times and then switch to white to indicate that the reboot is complete.
Access your phone's Bluetooth settings directly, rather than using the app, and select "forget" for the Ozlo Sleepbuds. You may also see a second entry beginning with "LE" that should be forgotten as well. Once these entries are cleared, attempt to pair your Sleepbuds with the Ozlo Sleepbuds App once more.
Place your Sleepbuds into pairing mode.
Hold down the case’s button for three seconds to enter pairing mode.
Pair the Sleepbuds to the phone using the Ozlo Sleepbuds App, not the Bluetooth settings.
