Sleepbud’s battery drains too quicklyUpdated 10 hours ago

If your Sleepbud’s battery is draining rapidly, please follow these troubleshooting steps.

1. Check the source of the audio. If you're streaming audio from an app, try to listen to the built-in masking sounds to check if the issue persists. 

   1. The Ozlo Sleepbuds battery should last up to 14 hours on a full charge. Streaming audio at full volume could drain the battery quicker than Masking Sounds at medium volume.

   2. Setting the Sleepbuds to Simple Mode will increase battery life if you are not interested in streaming.

2. Make sure that your Ozlo App is also up to date. You may check this via the App Store (iOS) or the Play Store (Android).

3. Update your Sleepbuds firmware (either via the Ozlo Sleepbuds App or via the Webapp on your computer).

4. Reboot your Smart Case by simply holding down the case button for 10 seconds. The case’s light will blink blue a few times and then switch to white to indicate that the reboot is complete.
