Poor sound qualityUpdated 10 hours ago
If the sound quality is poor or if you're hearing buzzing or static sounds from your Sleepbuds, please try the following steps.
Check the audio source. If you're streaming audio from an app such as Spotify or YouTube, try listening through a different app to see if the issue persists. You can also test the built in masking sounds in the Ozlo Sleepbuds app to compare the audio quality.
Make sure your Sleepbuds are creating a proper seal in your ears. A secure fit is important for both sound quality and noise blocking.
Try speaking out loud while wearing the Sleepbuds. Your voice should sound noticeably muffled if the fit is correct.
Gently shake your head. The Sleepbuds should remain secure and comfortable without shifting.
Verify that the Sleepbuds are inserted correctly. You can refer to the fitting video for guidance:
After inserting each Sleepbud, rotate it backward and press the tip wing underneath the ridge of your ear to help secure it in place.
Confirm that you're using the correct ear tip size. Many users find that they need different tip sizes for each ear to achieve the best fit.
Check that the Sleepbuds are properly installed in the ear tips. The Ozlo logo should face outward, and both charging contacts should be visible through the opening on the back of the ear tip.
Inspect the ear tips and Sleepbud nozzles for any debris or earwax buildup. If needed, clean them by following the instructions below.
