No audio from both the SleepbudsUpdated 3 days ago

If you're not hearing any sound from your Sleepbuds, please try the following steps. We recommend you go through these options in order. Often, the first item will resolve the issue; if it doesn't, continue to the next one, etc.

  1. Check the source of the audio or sound.

    1. If you're streaming audio from an app (e.g., Spotify, YouTube, etc), increase the volume using your phone volume controls. You may also try streaming from a different streaming app or try the built-in masking sounds if there is a difference.

    2. If you're listening to the built-in masking sounds, increase the volume of the current masking sound. You can perform this on the Sleepbuds tab in the Ozlo Sleepbuds App.

  2. Place the Sleepbuds in the Smart Case and check the Sleepbuds’ charging lights. Ensure the Sleepbuds are charged.

  3. If your Sleepbuds are in Auto Mode with Sleep Shield enabled, you'll need to pause your sleep sound before listening to Bluetooth audio. The Sleep Shield prevents streaming audio from interrupting masking, so it must be paused to stream. You can do this in the app or by pressing the button on your Smart Case.

  4. Connect a different device.

  5. Reboot your Smart Case by simply holding down the case button for 10 seconds. The case’s light will blink blue a few times and then switch to white to indicate that the reboot is complete.
