Low Audio from one SleepbudUpdated 10 hours ago
If you're experiencing low or no audio from only one Sleepbud, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure your Sleepbuds are clean and free of any debris or earwax buildup. Wax or debris on the Sleepbud nozzle can reduce or block sound output. Earwax buildup in the ear canal can also affect audio quality, so it's important to ensure your ears are clean before using the Sleepbuds. For additional guidance, please refer to our video on cleaning your Sleepbuds:
- Verify that the Sleepbuds are being worn correctly. Insert the left Sleepbud into your left ear and the right Sleepbud into your right ear. Both the Sleepbuds and ear tips are marked with an L or R to help identify the correct side.
- After inserting each Sleepbud, rotate it backward and gently press the tip wing underneath the ridge of your ear to create a secure and comfortable fit. An improper fit can affect both sound quality and volume.
- You can also watch the video below for a step-by-step guide on achieving the correct fit for your Sleepbuds.
