Connect to your Ozlo Sleepbuds in the Ozlo Sleepbuds app, and if you have new firmware available, you’ll be immediately prompted to update. Make sure your Sleepbuds are docked, the case is plugged in, and you have around 20 minutes to let the case update. Remember not to walk away with your phone while the case is updating, or it can interrupt the transfer.
