A factory reset removes all previously paired devices from your Ozlo Sleepbuds and Smart Case, restores the original factory settings, and renames the product to “Ozlo Sleepbuds.”

1. With the Ozlo logo facing you, slide the Smart Case lid away from you to open the case.

2. Locate the Factory Reset hole on the back of the Smart Case next to the USB-C charging port.

3. Insert a thin paper clip into the reset hole and gently press inward until you feel a click from the button.

4. Check the Smart Case’s light to confirm the reset was successful. The light will blink white to indicate the case is pairing with the Sleepbuds. 

5. After the reboot is complete, the Case’s light will pulse blue to indicate it’s in pairing mode, and the Sleepbuds lights will either stay solid white to indicate the Sleepbuds are charged, or pulse slowly to indicate they are charging.

6. Go to your phone's Bluetooth settings and remove or forget your Sleepbuds

Your Ozlo Sleepbuds have now been restored to factory settings and are ready to pair again.
