Your Sleepbuds and Smart Case may require periodic cleaning. We recommend cleaning your Sleepbuds once a week. Regular weekly cleaning helps maintain hygiene, prevent buildup, and ensure your Sleepbuds continue to provide you with a comfortable and effective sleep experience. 

Sleepbuds Tips

Remove the tips from the Sleepbuds and wash them with a mild detergent and water.

NOTE: Make sure you thoroughly rinse and dry the tips before reattaching them to the Sleepbuds

Sleepbuds Nozzles

Take a piece of tape, ideally with a light adhesive, press gently against the mesh. Then pull it away. Repeat this until the mesh looks clean of debris. About a minute per Sleepbud is usually enough to clear any blockages.

Smart Charging Pins and Sleepbuds Charging Contacts

Regularly pat dry with a dry, soft cotton swab or equivalent. CAUTION: Do NOT clean the charging pins with a wiping motion, as this can bend them or force moisture into cracks in the Smart Case.
