Audio is playing from the wrong sourceUpdated 11 hours ago

If the audio you're hearing is playing from the wrong source, please try the following steps.

  1. Ensure Simple Mode is not selected as one of the Sleep Modes.
  2. Make sure your Sleepbuds are selected as the active audio output device on your phone.
    • On iPhone:
      1. Swipe down from the top right corner of the screen to open the Control Center.
      2. In the Now Playing card, tap the audio output icon on the right side.
      3. If your Sleepbuds are not selected, tap them to switch the audio output.
    • On Android:
      1. Swipe down from the top of the screen to open Quick Settings.
      2. In the media controls, tap Media Output.
      3. If your Sleepbuds are not selected, tap them to switch the audio output.
    • If your phone's speaker or another Bluetooth device is selected, change the audio output to your Sleepbuds and test audio playback again.
  3. Pause and resume the audio, or close and reopen the app that's playing audio. Some apps may not immediately switch to a newly connected Bluetooth device.
  4. Turn Bluetooth off and back on, then reconnect your Sleepbuds.
  5. Disconnect any other Bluetooth audio devices that may be connected to your phone, such as speakers, earbuds, or smart watches with audio support.
  6. Forget and re-pair the headphones. Remove the headphones from your phone's Bluetooth settings, place them back into pairing mode, and connect them again using the Ozlo Sleepbuds app.
  7. Restart your phone and reboot your Smart Case by simply holding down the case button for 10 seconds. The case’s light will blink blue a few times and then switch to white to indicate that the reboot is complete.
