Audio is playing from the wrong sourceUpdated 11 hours ago
If the audio you're hearing is playing from the wrong source, please try the following steps.
- Ensure Simple Mode is not selected as one of the Sleep Modes.
- Make sure your Sleepbuds are selected as the active audio output device on your phone.
- On iPhone:
- Swipe down from the top right corner of the screen to open the Control Center.
- In the Now Playing card, tap the audio output icon on the right side.
- If your Sleepbuds are not selected, tap them to switch the audio output.
- On Android:
- Swipe down from the top of the screen to open Quick Settings.
- In the media controls, tap Media Output.
- If your Sleepbuds are not selected, tap them to switch the audio output.
- If your phone's speaker or another Bluetooth device is selected, change the audio output to your Sleepbuds and test audio playback again.
- On iPhone:
- Pause and resume the audio, or close and reopen the app that's playing audio. Some apps may not immediately switch to a newly connected Bluetooth device.
- Turn Bluetooth off and back on, then reconnect your Sleepbuds.
- Disconnect any other Bluetooth audio devices that may be connected to your phone, such as speakers, earbuds, or smart watches with audio support.
- Forget and re-pair the headphones. Remove the headphones from your phone's Bluetooth settings, place them back into pairing mode, and connect them again using the Ozlo Sleepbuds app.
- Restart your phone and reboot your Smart Case by simply holding down the case button for 10 seconds. The case’s light will blink blue a few times and then switch to white to indicate that the reboot is complete.
