If you&apos;re getting errors and are unable to complete the update of your Sleepbuds via the Ozlo Sleepbuds App, please make sure to check the steps below.<ol><li style="font-size: 16px;">Make sure to keep both Sleepbuds in your Smart Case and leave the lid open during the entire update process. You might also want to check if the Sleepbuds are properly seated in the case. The update will resume once both Sleepbuds are placed in the Smart Case and the lid is open. Make sure the phone stays near the case for the duration of the update.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Keep your Smart Case plugged into a power source so it&apos;s charging during the entire update process. The update will resume once you plug in the Smart Case. If you have another USB-C Cable or Wall Adapter, you might want to try using those, since a faulty cable/adapter might also cause the update to fail.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">If you get an error that your Sleepbuds can&apos;t be found, make sure that your Smart case is within 10 feet of your phone during the update. Depending on whether the case update has been completed or not, you might be able to resume the update or you might have to restart completely.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">You may also want to ensure that you have the latest version of the Ozlo Sleepbuds App. You may update the app via the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">If you&apos;re still unable to update via the Ozlo Sleep App after all the above steps and you have access to a computer, we recommend updating via our Online Updaterinstead by following these steps:<ol style="font-size: initial;"><li style="font-size: 16px;">Connect the Sleepbuds to a computer using a USB cable and open Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, and go to&#xA0;<a href="http://update.ozlosleep.com/" target="_blank" style=" text-decoration: none;">http://update.ozlosleep.com</a></li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Open the Smart Case.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Click on &#xA0;&apos;Connect Sleepbuds on the website</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Select the Sleepbuds from the pop-up screen and tap &apos;Connect&apos;.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap Update Now. If you&apos;re getting errors and are unable to complete the update of your Sleepbuds via our Online Updater, please make sure to check the steps below.&#xA0;<ul><li style="font-size: 16px;">Please make sure the Ozlo Sleep App on your phone is closed/swiped away before using the Ozlo Website Updater.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Avoid navigating away from the updater until the update is complete, as this can cause the update to fail.</li></ul> If you can&apos;t get to the update page:1. Make sure that you are using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge when accessing <a href="http://update.ozlosleep.com/" target="_blank" style=" text-decoration: none;">http://update.ozlosleep.com</a>.2. Try using a different USB-C cable or USB port on your computer. A faulty cable or USB port might also cause your computer to not detect the Sleepbuds or cause the update to fail.&#xA0;3. Restart your computer and try to connect again&#xA0;If the update fails to begin:1. Unplug and plug the case back into the computer, and refresh the webpage.&#xA0;If the update fails during Smart Case transfer:<ul><li style="font-size: 16px;">Wait until the Smart Case&#x2019;s LED goes from purple to amber or green.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Restart the update.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Make sure the webpage is the primary focus on your computer- switching tabs or using too much CPU can cause the updater to not have enough resources to perform the update and fail.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Ensure that the computer does not fall asleep during the update process.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">If failures continue, attempt to update via a mobile phone with the Ozlo Sleep app.</li></ul>&#xA0;If the update fails during Left Bud, Right Bud, or Bluetooth transfers:1. Keep the case plugged in and wait at least 10 minutes. Once the Smart Case transfer is complete, the rest of the updates happen automatically. The device may appear to reboot, disconnect from the sleepbuds, and turn off LEDs for several minutes. This is all expected, and the case should not be touched during this time.2. Under no circumstances should a new Firmware update be started while the Smart Case light pulses slowly purple, especially if the update appears to fail on the bud or Bluetooth transfers. Warning: Starting a new transfer at this point can damage the device.3. When the Smart Case&#x2019;s LED switches from purple to amber or green, check the Firmware version and ensure it is the desired version. Check Your Internet Connection<ul><li style="font-size: 16px;">Ensure you&apos;re connected to a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data network. A weak connection might prevent the app from updating.</li></ul>2. Restart Your Device<ul><li style="font-size: 16px;">Sometimes a simple restart can resolve update issues. Turn off your device, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on.</li></ul>3. Check for Available Storage<ul><li style="font-size: 16px;">Lack of storage space can prevent apps from updating. Go to your phone&apos;s storage settings and check if there&#x2019;s enough free space for the update.</li></ul>4. Check for System Updates<ul><li style="font-size: 16px;">Sometimes an app won&#x2019;t update if your phone&apos;s operating system (OS) is outdated. Check for any available OS updates and install them.</li></ul>6.
