Alarm not sounding or triggering at the correct timeUpdated 11 hours ago

If your Ozlo Sleepbuds alarm is not playing at the expected time, there are several factors that may be affecting alarm performance.

Alarm Settings Have Not Synced to the Sleepbuds

If an alarm was recently created, edited, or deleted, the changes may not have synced successfully to the Sleepbuds.

Try the following:

  • Open the Ozlo app.

  • Connect to your Sleepbuds.

  • Review your alarm settings.

  • Change the alarm slightly, then change it back to force a sync.

Outdated App or Firmware

Using an older version of the Ozlo app or Sleepbuds firmware can occasionally cause synchronization issues.

Make sure:

  • The Ozlo app is updated to the latest version.

  • Your Sleepbuds and Smart Case are running the latest firmware available.

Alarm Is Set for the Wrong Days

An alarm may be configured correctly but only enabled for certain days of the week.

Review the alarm schedule and confirm that the desired days are selected.

Recent Travel or Time Zone Changes

If you recently traveled or changed time zones, existing alarms may not update as expected until they are synced again.

Try opening the Ozlo app while connected to your Sleepbuds and verify that the alarm time is correct. If necessary, delete and recreate the alarm.
