Sleep Shield is designed to protect your sleep from all digital interruptions, providing a completely distraction-free sleep experience that helps prevent late-night scrolling or unexpected audio from disrupting your rest.

When enabled, it blocks:

• Notifications

• Alerts

• Bluetooth interruptions

When Sleep Shield is enabled, audio from your phone won't interrupt your Sleep Sound. 

For example, if you're scrolling through YouTube or Instagram before bed and a video starts playing with the sound on, the audio will be ignored and not play on your Sleepbuds, allowing your Sleep Sound to continue uninterrupted.

When Sleep Shield is disabled, streaming audio or app notifications from your phone can override your Sleep Sound and play through your Sleepbuds.
