Ozlo collects limited data to help improve your Sleepbuds experience, provide Sleep Patterns insights, and ensure the product performs reliably over time.

There are two primary types of data collected:

Usage Data

This helps us understand how Sleepbuds are being used so we can continue improving features, reliability, and overall performance.

Examples may include:

●  Number of uses per day

●  Sleep Sound usage time

●  Streaming usage time

●  App feature interactions

Sleep & Environment Data

This data is optional and only collected if you choose to enable Sleep Patterns and related insights in the Ozlo app.

Examples may include:

●  Room temperature

●  Light levels

●  Ambient noise levels

●  Respiration patterns

●  Movement during sleep

Environmental measurements are captured through the Smart Case, while movement and sleep-related signals are measured through sensors inside the Sleepbuds.

Our Privacy Commitment

Your privacy is extremely important to us.

Sleep and environmental data are securely processed to generate personalized insights and improve your experience over time. Raw data is stored securely and later anonymized to help us understand broader product trends without identifying individual users.

You remain in control of optional sleep and environmental tracking features through the Ozlo app settings.
