Follow these steps to get your Ozlo Sleepbuds ready for your first night of better rest.
1. Power the Smart Case
Before your first use, you must plug the Smart Case into a power source.
Ensure the case and Sleepbuds are at room temperature—between 41°F (5°C) and 104°F (40°C)—before charging.
Tip: Keep the Smart Case connected to AC power whenever possible so your Sleepbuds stay at 100%. The case battery is great for charging while traveling.
2. Download the Ozlo Sleepbuds App
Download the free Ozlo Sleepbuds app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. The app is required to manage your sounds, volume, alarms, and settings, upload and record sleep patterns.
3. Open the Case to Connect
With the Ozlo logo facing you, slide the lid away from you to open the case. This signals the Sleepbuds to wake up and connect to the case. Once the Sleepbuds are connected, the case will be visible for connection in the app.
4. Follow the In-App Setup
Open the app and follow the prompts to get connected.
Important: Your Sleepbuds must be paired directly through the Ozlo app, not through your phone’s standard Bluetooth settings menu.
The app will guide you through:
App permissions and policy
Account creation
Pairing your Smart Case and Sleepbuds.
Getting the right fit
Selecting your preferred Sleep Sound.
Setting your preferred device settings
Tip: Keep your phone, case, and Sleepbuds within 10 feet (3 meters) of each other at all times.
5. Wait for the Lights
Once the middle case light turns on and starts flashing, you can remove the Sleepbuds from the case and start using them. The Sleepbuds pair with your phone once the case light stops flashing.
How to Power Off: Simply place the Sleepbuds back onto the charging pins in the Smart Case and slide the lid closed.
