Getting the proper fitUpdated 11 hours ago
For the best noise masking and stability, it's important to select the correct size silicone tip. The right fit means better comfort, improved sound quality, and a secure seal for your Sleepbuds.
Find Your Perfect Tip Size
Try out all four tip sizes to find the ones that feel the most comfortable and secure in each ear. It's completely normal to use a different size for your left ear and your right ear!
Know Your Left from Your Right
Each Sleepbud and silicone tip is marked with either an L (Left) or an R (Right). Make sure you place the left Sleepbud into your left ear and the right Sleepbud into your right ear.
How to Place Your Sleepbuds
The silicone tip is designed to let the Sleepbud rest comfortably and securely. The small wing on the tip should tuck neatly under the ridge of your ear.
Hold the Sleepbud with the Ozlo logo facing outwards.
Place the Sleepbud in your ear.
Rotate the Sleepbud back and slightly down until it feels locked into place.
Gently press the tip wing to make sure it's tucked securely underneath your ear ridge.
Be Gentle!
The silicone tip needs to be deep enough in your ear to create a good seal, but never so deep that it feels uncomfortable.
Check Your Fit
Want to double-check your fit? Grab a mirror or ask a friend to compare how your Sleepbud looks to the size guide. The tip wing should fit securely under your ear ridge without being squeezed or compressed.
Plus, give these tests a try:
Speak Up: Say a few words aloud. Your voice should sound a little muffled in both ears.
Shake Test: Gently shake your head. Your Sleepbuds should stay securely in place. If they feel loose, try the next size down.
Check the Orientation
Make sure your Sleepbud is seated correctly in the silicone tip. The Ozlo logo on the Sleepbud should be facing outwards, and you should be able to see both charging contacts through the back of the tip.
